Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500 USD registration deposit. Any cancellation made between June 15th and September 1st will result in a loss of 50% of the retreat price. Any cancellation made between September 2nd and the retreat start date will result in a total loss of funds.

 

If you have to cancel, and there is someone who is a good fit, and ready to step in to take your place, you may arrange money transfers with them, and they will be responsible for any outstanding investment fees. Contact Susan Boster in writing, by email, to make arrangements.

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so, your deposit will be refunded in full).

Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options. We suggest:

If we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case your payments will be fully refunded.
